Meet The Team
Steven Bull
President
Steven Bull is the founder and president of Advanced IT Professionals in 2011. He has over 15 years in the technology/consulting industry after spending 12 years as an accountant through the position of controller. Steve is also a disabled veteran, having served during Desert Storm. In his spare time, Steve enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hiking and golfing. Steve holds many certifications, to include; Certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist, Cisco Certified Express Networking Specialist, Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor, Ring Central Certified Sales Professional and Communications Expert
Scott Weatherholt
Network Technician
Scott has been a member of the Advanced IT team since 2013. He graduated from Lakeland Community College in 2016, with an Associates of Applied Business with a concentration in Operating Systems and Networking, and has since received several vendor and application specific certifications. Scott enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems and working with new and exciting technology on a daily basis. The majority of his free time is spent outdoors – hiking, camping, kayaking and snowboarding.
Courtney Bull
Network Technician
Courtney joined the Advanced IT team in 2016. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs and moved to the Cleveland area to pursue a career in Information Technology. Courtney holds a certification as a Ring Central Communications Expert. She enjoys serving others, solving challenging problems, and working with new technologies. In her free time, Courtney enjoys watching horror movies, attending concerts, and cuddling with her orange tabby named Marsha.
Matthew Baker
Matthew Baker is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where he earned his degree in Information Technology. Driven by a deep curiosity for understanding how and why things work, he has built a career centered on solving complex technical challenges and implementing innovative IT solutions. Matthew is committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies, which allows him to adapt and excel in the ever-evolving landscape of information systems.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Matthew serves at Christ Church Episcopal in Hudson, Ohio, where he oversees and manages the church’s live streaming program—combining his technical expertise with his passion for service and community engagement.
Outside of work, Matthew is an avid drummer who enjoys jamming with friends and expressing creativity through music. A passionate weather enthusiast, he also serves as a certified storm spotter, tracking and reporting severe weather events when conditions demand.
With his technical skill, curiosity, and dedication to both learning and service, Matthew continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of information technology and beyond.
Harkirat Singh Kambo
Harkirat Singh Kambo is an enthusiastic IT professional with a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Technology from IP University in India and a postgraduate diploma in Network Administration from Conestoga College in Canada. He is passionate about exploring new technologies, improving system performance, and continuing to grow his expertise in networking and IT solutions.
Outside of work, Harkirat enjoys open-world adventure video games, spending time with family, and planning trips to new and exciting destinations. He remains committed to ongoing learning and skill development with the goal of helping others and making a meaningful impact in the IT field.
Tristen Acres
Tristen Acres joined the Advanced IT team in 2023, and has been working in the technology field since 2020. He studied Information Technology at Lorain County Community College and is currently pursuing further education in Computer Science. He has experience in various environments including office, medical, and factory settings, and is passionate about learning new technologies as well as solving complex issues in the field.
In his free time, Tristen enjoys riding and working on motorcycles, exploring hiking spots, building computers, and spending time with his family and 3 pets.
We have certifications and partnerships established with key organization throughout the technical industry. This allows us to provide you with a high level of expertise and insight. Our certifications include: Microsoft Silver Certified Partner, Cloud Solutions Provider, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Ring Central Certified Communications Professional.
Our focus is primarily on managed services, technology consulting, traditional break/ fix and project management. We can manage your entire infrastructure, assist with specific project needs, or anything in between. Whether it be network, server, desktop or software needs, we are more than capable of assisting.
